For 8 pancakes:
- 250g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 liters of milk
- 50g butter
- 10g sugar
- a little salt
Put in a bowl the milk, sugar, salt, eggs and beat with a mixer. The dough should be no lumps. We expect the dough rest for 1 minute. Take a pan and we spread the butter and we put a spoonful the dough. Sprinkle the dough for all the pan, hope to cook and we turn. and this should repeat each pancake. We can be accompained with: honey, chocolate, sugar, jam, cheese, ham, frut ... With the what we want more taste.
